Mapping and Charting Officer
You will provide geodata production and training support to GCS as well as checking geodata, supervising Mapping Technicians and providing on the job training for GCS personnel. You must be degree educated with a qualification in Surveying, Photogrammetry or Cartography and have had extensive experience in a mapping production environment.
ATC Pilot Control Unit Operator
In this role you will be routinely flying aircraft in practical ATC simulator exercises and training RSAF PCU operators. You'll work towards the preparation and production of training material, assist in phraseology training for ATC students and prepare simulators and skills exercises. You'll need to have had extensive experience working as a PCU Operator in ATC or Weapons Control Training and have thorough knowledge of ATC and Weapons Control regulations and procedures.
Responsible for directing and monitoring the performance of mechanical, radio frequency/microwave and electronic primary standards support. This specialist role will assist the RSAF in the running of the Calibration Squadron. To be considered you need a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Physics or other qualifications agreed with RSAF.
This role is to calibrate and repair a wide range of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment while also training Saudi nationals in your particular area of expertise. You must have practical experience in the Metrology and Calibration field including the performance of diagnostic and rectification work to component level. An ONC level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline will be required.
Aviation Medicine Specialist
The main duties of this position are to deliver medicine services to the RSAF and aviation units while at the same time providing initial and refresher training courses for all aircrew. You will also conduct initial medical examination of aircrew candidates and convene medical boards. Only those who are fully registered as a Medical Practitioner and have a certificate of Aviation Medicine will be considered.
Aeromedical Male Nursing Specialist
This role is all about providing nursing and training services to military and civilian personnel attending the Aeromedical Centre. Acting as a registered general nurse in an Occupational Health setting you’ll provide first aid lectures and also provide emergency care should those skills be required. You must be a Registered General Nurse to be considered for this position.
